Bhago Bhago Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

By using the Bhago Bhago website (bhagobhago.app) and its associated mobile application, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Bhago Bhago is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built for users in Bangladesh. To use our services, you must be a real individual and operate the account in your own name.

Bhago Bhago reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, particularly if it is believed that the user is in breach of these terms or poses a risk to the security of the platform.

• Accounts opened with false information may be suspended at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Bhago Bhago services are available to users aged 18 and above only. Any underage user found on the platform will have their account terminated and all winnings forfeited.

If we have reason to believe a user is underage, their account will be temporarily suspended and age verification documents will be requested. No payments will be processed until verification is complete.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on Bhago Bhago: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard, and Bank Transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳1,00,000.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method. Withdrawing to a new payment method may require re-verification of your identity.
• If you have an active bonus or promotional balance, the required wagering must be completed before any withdrawal.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, Bhago Bhago reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals while an investigation is carried out.

Bhago Bhago regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement of 10–20x the bonus amount must be met first.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Bhago Bhago reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time.
• If you have a bonus code, it must be applied at the time of deposit to claim the bonus. It cannot be applied after the fact.

• Threatening or harassing other players.

Bhago Bhago reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Clear violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious transactions or potential fraud.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may also close your Bhago Bhago account at any time by contacting support. Your remaining balance will be refunded, excluding any bonus balance.

Bhago Bhago is not directly liable for losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems. However, if any bet is left incomplete or incorrectly settled due to such issues, Bhago Bhago will review and resolve the matter.
